Returns and Refund Policy

At Rudran Silver, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we have a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please review the details and guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. It must be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  3. Custom-made, personalized, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (refer to exceptions below).

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

      Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and authorize the return or exchange.
  3. Pickup Arranged:

    • We will schedule a pickup from the address provided by you.
  4. Prepare the Package:

    • Secure your jewelry with its original packing materials and hand it over to the pickup agent.
  5. Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund, exchange, or repair will be processed.
    • This process typically takes 7-10 business days.

Return Charges

  • A flat ₹100 fee will be applied to all returns, irrespective of the order value.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom or Personalized Products:
    • Items specially customized for size, engraving, or personalization cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Sale Items and Gift Cards:
    • Items purchased during sales or through gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Consecutive Returns:
    • Consecutive returns are not allowed. If an item has been returned once, a re-order of the same product will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Size Exchange: One-time size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
  • Re-exchanges are not permitted after the first exchange.

Refunds

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  3. Cash on Delivery refunds will be issued via a Cashgram link, where you can enter your bank details to receive the refund.
  4. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 9-month warranty on all purchases made from Rudran Silver unless stated otherwise.

  • The warranty does not cover broken or cracked gemstones.
  • After the warranty period, we will continue to service items for issues such as metal or polish, at a minimal charge based on the damage.
